Key Directives: 1. Post-Activation Window: Once the official API onboarding process is triggered, or an allocation token is generated under your Meta Business profile, a cancellation refund cannot be processed under any circumstances. 2. Meta Rejections & Disapprovals: Meta reserves the sole right to approve or reject specific template contents or business categories based on their internal Commerce Policies. Marketing Munafa provides technical facilitation and optimization assistance; however, rejections issued on behalf of Meta do not justify refund claims. 3. Usage Balance: Any pre-paid WhatsApp messaging balances paid directly or processed to run campaigns cannot be exchanged back into physical currency or moved outside the designated application ecosystem.
